Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on bajji999 are subject to acceptance at bajji999's sole discretion. bajji999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet that it determines was placed using information not publicly available at the time of placement, at odds that were published in error, or in circumstances that indicate attempted manipulation of the betting market.

Odds & Lines

Odds displayed on bajji999 are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the time your bet slip is accepted and confirmed by the bajji999 system, not those displayed at the time you began constructing your bet slip.

Settlement

• Bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant sport's governing body or competition organiser.
• For PSL and other cricket competitions, bajji999 uses the official scorecard certified by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or equivalent body as the basis for settlement.
• In-play bets placed after the occurrence of a relevant event (e.g., a wicket falling) that has not yet been reflected in the live feed are void.

bajji999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where bajji999 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, money-laundering, or other unlawful purposes
• The Player has provided false information during registration or verification
• The Player is located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction
• An active self-exclusion request has been submitted by or on behalf of the Player
• Continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to bajji999

Where an Account is closed due to Player-initiated self-exclusion or voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any pending bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
